Commercial HVAC repair for a Lennox RTU that is not cooling the space. I opened up the unit and watched it run. Heard the contactor chattering replaced the contactor and the unit is fully functional.
Commercial Heating repair for a Bryant Furnace that is not heating the space. Checked the system of operation and found the flame sensor to be shutting the system off. pulled out the flame sensor and found it to be very dirty. Cleaned off the Flame sensor and the system is fully operational.
Refrigeration repair for a Traulsen Walk-in cooler that is being used in a commercial application and will not cool the space. Found the unit turned off at the disconnect. Turned unit on and watched it run. Found the evaporator fan motor not turning on. Tested the wiring leading to the fan motor and everything is fine. I found the evaporator fan motor to have failed. Recommended Commercial Refrigeration Install for a new Evaporator fan motor.
Commercial Electrical Install for many electrical outlets. Many of the Electrical Outlets were in rough shape. Most of them needed a full replacement because they had cracked. Also, there were many spots where due to electrical code a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter(GFCI) needed to be installed. Replaced all of the broken outlets and installed all needed GFCI's.
Commercial Heating repair for a carrier furnace that is not heating the space. Found the Indoor Blower Motor to have failed. Blower motor must be completely rebuilt. Recommended Replacing the indoor blower motor. Replaced the indoor blower motor and the system is fully functional.

Found the Cord to be missing its ground prong and the wire was in rough shape. replaced it with one from my truck. Further inspected the unit and found the door hinges falling off and to be cracked. Recommended Replacing the door hinges as well before the door falls off.

Electrical call. Identified circuits for WIC evaporator and condenser. LOTO breakers. Disconnected power and controls from evaporator and condenser. Assisted with removal and installation of new equipment. Reworked power and controls to evaporator, installed new serviced switch and in use cover. Installed new defrost clock for evaporator. Ran new liquidtite for evaporator, pulled wire and terminated. Installed new liquidtite for condenser, pulled wire and terminated. Checked voltage amperage and rotation on all equipment. Unit is operating properly.
HVAC call. Arrived on site and found unit had thrown belt off of the track. Reinstalled + tightened belt and confirmed operations. Call is complete.
Accessed roof and removed and replaced contactor in front dining RTU, tested operations. Removed and replaced contactor in rear kitchen unit. Removed and replaced condenser fan motor and blade from rear kitchen unit. Removed and replaced condenser fan capacitor from rear kitchen unit, tested operations. Call complete.
