Refrigeration call. Found water leaking from above the walk-in cooler. Went above the cooler and found rtu2 condensate drain pan coupling cracked. Water was not going down the drain. Was filling up secondary drain pan then leaking. Cleaned all water out of secondary drain pan. Went and picked up epoxy and other misc materials to stop the leaking. No more leaks found. Call is complete.

HVAC Call/ Arrived on site and located manager on duty. Checked in with security. Went up to roof and completed the leak Check and repair on rtu 6 stage 1. Found leaks at Schrader fittings. Installed new Schrader fittings then pressure-tested circuit with 300 PSI of nitrogen. Pressure test held for 90 minutes no more leaks found. Pulled vacuum. Wade in 13 lb of r410a refrigerant. Tested unit. Unit is running an operational again. Call is complete.

HVAC Call. Went up to roof and continued installing all parts needed found during the pre-PM check. Generated a quote for repairs to RTU 1 as I found bad actuator motor for economizer. Rtu-4 Found both stages of heat failed due to bad ignition controls and gas valves. Generated quote for that as well. Call is complete.
