Commercial HVAC Repair for a Lennox RTU that is not cooling the space. Tested the operation of the system and found the RTU is not calling for cooling. I went to the thermostat and found it was blank. Took the thermostat off the wall and replaced the battery. The thermostat then lights up and called for cooling the system is fully operational.

Commercial Heating Repair for a Lennox Heater that is not heating the space. Opened the unit and checked the error code and it was reading an error code stating a fault for Discharge air Sensor fault. Recommended commercial Heating Install for a new Discharge sensor.

Commercial Heating Repair call for a Carrier RTU that is not heating the space. Found the Heat Exchanger and Inducer Draft Assembly Are Rotting out and causing the flame to trip a safety. The heat exchanger needs to be replaced shut unit down until heat Exchanger is replaced.

Commercial HVAC Service for a Bryant Split-system that is not supplying heat to the bar. Found the thermostat calling for heat. Opened up the air handler and found the unit to be wired incorrectly. Fixed the Control Wiring and found the unit to still be broken. Found that one of the relays is not wired properly fixed the relay and tested the operation of the system. Found unit to be fully operational.

HVAC Service call. Preventative Maintenance service completed per contracted agreement. All requirements per seasonal obligations have been met. Any issues found during PM service have been brought to the attention of the appropriate personnel and have been defined as either a critical or a non critical issue for their review. HVAC call is complete.

HVAC call. Customer reports not all areas receiving AC/Air. Tested each damper for power and operation. Found a few dampers seized and manually opened. Once air flow went to the trunks that were closed off the temp began to improve in the warm spots. Used the manual dampers at the end of each trunk to balance the air flow based on user preference for the area the diffuser was cooling. The space came down to 70 deg after I made adjustments. Ill follow up on Tuesday and if any areas need minor adjustments ill make them at that point. Call is complete.
