Arrived on site. Checked in with MOD. Set up at machine and found it was in SL-1 alarm. Downloaded the manual PDF for this ice machine and was able to determine that it was an issue with the condensing unit. Set up and went to roof. Found condenser not running at all. Opened up electrical and saw arc marks inside the top of the unit and found the start cap had blown and the wires shorted against the unit. Ran up the street and picked up new run cap, start cap and contactor because they also looked like they were about to fail. Installed new components and tested the ice machine. It began making ice. Watched the unit drop a few batches of good ice. Issue is resolved, refrigeration call is complete.
