Site survey for planning a Preventative Maintenance contract. Counted and inspected equipment, wrote down neede filters and parts, and made a plan of action. Call is complete.
HVAC Service call. Preventative Maintenance service completed per contracted agreement. All requirements per seasonal obligations have been met. Any issues found during PM service have been brought to the attention of the appropriate personnel and have been defined as either a critical or a non critical issue for their review. HVAC call is complete.
Refrigeration call. Gained access to kitchen and found unit running at 36 degrees and stocked full with product. Kitchen service door blocked by trash. Waited for employees to remove trash and empty freezer. Once space was cleared I recovered refrigerant and installed new cap tube, drier, and crankcase regulating valve. Pressure test and evacuated system. Charged with factory specified weight of R404a. Started unit and checked operation. Box at 0 degrees upon departure. Call is complete.
Pre-PM Inspection complete. Checked in with MOD on arrival. Performed Pre-PM Inspection per scope. The following issues were found:RTUs 1, 5 &6 have pitted contactors. We recommend replacement. Quote in process.Checked out with MOD on departure. HVAC call is complete.
Quoted work to replace contactors and exhaust beltsChecked in with the Manager on Duty. Set up ladder and gained access to the roof. Removed the panels to the showroom Roof top unit and removed both old / damaged compressor contactors. Replaced with two new contactors and installed all wired connections. Restored power to the unit and verified proper operation. Next went to the exhaust fan and removed the old severely damaged belt. Replaced with a new dates belt and restored power to the fan making sure it as well operated properly. Cleaned up and checked out with Manager
