Refrigeration call. Arrived on site and checked in with appropriate personal. Upon arrival freezer was reading -3 degree. Inspected freezer and found product inside inhibiting airflow. Moved product and was able to get lower half to start cooling. Also found condenser coil dirty. Chemically cleaned condenser coil and checked pressures. Found superheat a little low. Will need to let freezer sit over night to allow the bottom half heat to be removed. Will advise customer to call in morning if freezer is still not at temp. Call is complete.
