  • Check/Clear walk-in refrigeration drain lines and pans.

  • Check/Clear reach in refrigeration drain lines if externally accessible.

  • Chemically clean and/or power wash condenser coils.

  • Brush down walk-in refrigeration evaporator coils as needed.

Fall:

  • Test unit operations and functions for optimal performance.

  • Check hinges, gaskets and door closures.

  • Inspect/Adjust all temperature and safety controls.

  • Check/Clear walk-in refrigeration drain lines and pans.

  • Check/Clear reach in refrigeration drain lines if externally accessible.

  • Brush down air cooled condensers as needed.

  • Brush down walk-in refrigeration evaporator coils as needed.

Mid-Summer/Mid-Winter:

  • Test unit operations and functions for optimal performance.
