John Annarelli, Jr.
President and CEO
John has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC, electrical, and construction industries. John holds both Master Electrician and Master Refrigeration technician licenses in multiple states. He is also a retired MSG from the U.S. Army Reserves, after 26 years, where he served in his last position as a Senior Instructor for the Battle Force instructor training course. John is a certified NCCER instructor and authorized to instruct HVAC and Electrical courses in the state of Massachusetts and oversees the company’s in-house apprentice training program.

Tony has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has been with the company for 30 years. He oversees customer service and quality assurance. He is a certified NCCER instructor and holds multiple Refrigeration Licenses and certifications. He studied at Northeast Institute where he has a degree in HVAC/R.
Samuel Tabasky, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
With over 40 years of experience, Sam provides financial leadership and reporting oversight for the company. Prior to joining the company in 2003, Sam was an owner of the Codman Company, one of the oldest commercial real estate companies in Boston, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer and became well-versed in construction management, property management, and facility management. Sam is a graduate of Bentley College with a degree in Accounting. Sam also volunteers on a number of not-for-profit boards.
Tom Cafiero has been a member of the Medford Wellington team since 2014. In his role, he provides operational guidance and leadership for the Sales, Field Operations, Safety and Administrative teams. Tom has over 35 years of experience providing single and multi-unit leadership for HVAC and Environmental Service businesses. Tom received a BS in Business at UAB Birmingham.

Electrical Services Manager
Ed Dimarzio is an experienced leader in the service, design, and installation of electrical power and lighting, as well as automated networked controls including HVAC-R, fire alarm systems, networking, access control, surveillance systems and emergency response. He is constantly adapting and sharing new managerial and electrical skills he picks up during personal development and stresses cross-trade training to maximize efficiency when addressing our customers requests. Ed also excels at leveraging his 20 years of field experience and excellent problem solving and analytical skills to expedite solutions while forecasting problems.
Plumbing Services Manager
Dave Divris has spent over 20 years in the Commercial Plumbing and HVAC-R fields, including the last 10 years with Medford Wellington. After spending years traveling throughout the Northeast on various projects he settled down to head our Plumbing Department and share his breadth of experience with all of our plumbers. Dave carries high level certifications in Plumbing, Gas Fitting, and Pipefitting throughout New England in addition to certifications from the NFPA, ACCA, and EPA.
Mark D’Antona is one of the most seasoned members of the team at Medford Wellington with over 34 years in the HVAC-R and Sheet Metal trades, including the last quarter of a century with us. Mark started his career as a Sheet Metal Apprentice, worked his way through all of the Field and Shop positions, and then moved into the office as a Project Manager, Estimator & Designer, and finally the Construction Manager. Along his way he has also picked up a Professional Certificate from Northeastern in HVAC System Design as well as an unrestricted Master Sheet Metal License in Massachusetts.
Our Billing Manager, Dale, has been with us since 2010 and has served as our Billing Manager since 2016. She has over 13 years of Billing and Service experience as she has worked her way from Service Coordinator to Billing Coordinator and finally to Billing Manager. When not crunching the books at MedWell she enjoys cheering for the Red Sox and playing with her rescue dog, Brittney.
Project Manager/Estimator Dylan Conn has been with Medford Wellington for over 10 years and in the commercial construction field for over 18. In addition to his extensive amount of field experience he holds a Construction Project Management certificate from Wentworth Institute of Technology, AutoCAD training, as well as unrestricted Construction Supervisor, Journeyman and Sheet Metal licenses. When not on the job site Dylan can be found enjoying a day on the slopes in winter and fishing in summer as well as coaching youth sports year round.
Service Coordinator Supervisor
Having over 70 technicians in the field is a huge challenge and our Service Coordinators are the solid foundation that everything else is built up from. Our SC Supervisor, Renee Wojdag, has been with Medford Wellington for 10 years and in the industry for over 14. Hailing from the great state of California, she received her AS in HVAC-R from El Camino College before packing up and taking her talents to the East Coast and eventually to us at Medford Wellington.
Safety has always been a high priority at Medford Wellington and in June of 2015 we continued our commitment by promoting Andrew Patalano to the newly created position of Safety Manager. “Drew” leverages a massive array of safety training and over five years of field experience to keep track of our safety progress and inform field and office employees of updates and changes to safety standards, and he is constantly revamping the very fabric of the business to incorporate safety into everything we do. In addition he carries OSHA 10 & 30 certifications, a Mass Refrigeration license, and somehow juggles all of his work responsibilities with his family, two dogs, two cats and a Chinchilla named Muffins.
