Team members have the opportunity to learn multiple skills during their career at Medford Wellington, allowing them to hold multiple trade licenses. These unique skill sets further heighten the quality of work we provide to our customers.
Training
Our field employees have access to training which includes both classroom and hands on training at our facility. Our apprenticeship training is performed at our facility by team members.
Safety
Our work sites are regularly inspected by an independent 3rd party risk management company to help us identify safety issues and reduce risks and liabilities associated with unsafe working conditions to our employees and customers

Technology
Team members have access to technology that allows them to efficiently perform their job and enhance customer service. The company invests heavily in technology through the development of our home grown customer & employee web portals. These portals streamline our business processes, reducing the average time spent on a service call and minimizing callbacks.
All of our Service Technicians are outfitted with Tablet PC’s, laptops, and or Blackberries. They can at any time access a customer’s equipment service history, review recent failures, and perform additional tasks that automate / streamline the service call completion process through our propriety employee web portal.
